My Contribution
I led the user experience for this design initiative. The product team and I went through numerous iterations to refine features and address all necessary use cases to shape the product. I fostered team collaborations with the product manager, copywriter, UI, and development to ensure product coherence and to deliver the best possible experience.
Problem Space
Fisker Ultra and Sport Packages are eligible for upgrades via OTA (Over-the-Air) Software Upgrades. However, the current digital experience doesn't provide a way for customers to purchase or subscribe to these upgrades.
Outcome
By providing an up-to-date post sales experience, it educates the public on the availability of these OTA upgrades. Customers can purchase a monthly subscription of these packages, as well as manage their subscriptions and view their purchase history with ease.
